It's why Trump likes war criminals. It's why he likes dictators. It's why he doesn't like wounded veterans or minorities or women. He's drawn to the bully & wants to join in the abuse of the weak & vulnerable. It is the inverse of the basic Christian impulse--literally evil, in the Christian frame.
