I'll repeat myself that there is a Creationist (if not overtly religious) strain to his worldview. Humans are immutable beings who do not exist *with* the chaos of nature, but are corrupted in their norm by purturbations. And so that can cover immoral behavior, corporate pharma poisoning, etc, etc.

I think being raised a Kennedy, the child of an assassinated liberal hero, set the course of first self-destruction then national salvation-destruction. Everything is a lie, a conspiracy, there are no consequences for Kennedys (if you survive). Not well and shouldn't be running our wellness lives.

There have been some accounts from people who worked with him that he never took anything seriously, was entitled and selfish, and simply would make demands without having any background understanding or being open to being incredibly wrong

He has lived a tortured life and he notions are similar. His antiscience thoughts had a home in some lefty circles, eg. anti-GMO across the board w/o distinctions.
He gave talks to Baker Creek Heirloom seeds on GMO, one of the reasons I buy elsewhere.
Maga is even more anti science & expertise.

I'm from Massachusetts, and I remember him always being arrested for drugs. I, too, stopped buying from Baker Creek after they featured him at one of their festivals. The head of Dept. of Health should have an MPH. He doesn't know anything about science.
