In all honestly it's a toolbox that's half filled with knives but who's looking? Lol
I learned it all through mistakes and being forced through an AA program as a teenager bc it was "like" DBT. I hate the workbook too, but I use it more like a reference book and that's usable sometimes.

I think that's the most frustrating thing of all this: the normalcy. It feels normal.
Am glad you have a toolbox. All I carry around is radical honesty.
I know I need DBT therapy, I just don't have the money or the funding. I tried doing the work book but I can't focus well enough.
