Tim would love to know whether you think that if we don’t win anything this season Mikel should go? I think it’s creeping towards that sort of conversation regardless of the obviously amazing things he’s done for us over the last few years.
Come on man, not to say there’s things he can’t be doing better but look at the hand we’ve been dealt and we’re still 2nd, other teams like Utd and spurs get injuries and they end up lower mid table
I’m not saying I want him to go mate! I actually don’t! I’d absolutely love and want him to Succeed here, just feel the way we’ve set up this season before any bad luck with injuries has been very cautious and negative. I don’t get it. It’s now making me think is he not the right man? Step too far?
If we were ever linked with the new Isak then you’d have people saying the club have PTSD from overpaying attackers and don’t want to take big risks in the market etc. enter another merino, Calafiori etc
Feels like it! But if we signed 2-3 players at 30-40m each we only need to hit with one of them. The strategy of signing literally nobody isn’t panning out well
Why can't we? No one has explained why our finances for a team that has been in the last 4 and been chasing the leaders the last two seasons is this tight. I get we cannot go drunken sailor but why are we arbitrarily crying sisters of the poor?
