The CPTSD from all of this is real. If I can’t sleep, I start sending Resistbots out to my representatives using this list (not Joe) so I feel like I’m doing something in the moment. Then I can get back to sleep. That’s just what works for me right now.

I’m almost always awake for some inexplicable reason between 2-4am no matter what time I go to sleep it seems… what I wouldn’t give for a solid 8 hours of sleep.
