I've managed to live without Amazon. I used to get Amazon deliveries practically daily. Now I just plan ahead a little and order stuff direct. I realized I put up with a lot of shitty products I don't even really need just because they were shipped to me quickly
And that's the real threat of a boycott for a big company. Once people realize other options exist, some might be better, closer, have friendly staff or better parking. Then you are toast.

We could put them all together, maybe on a main street.
People could walk around and shop and eat and we could meet members of our community.
We lived in rural Iowa and traveled 100 miles round trip to get supplies. Even in winter.
Made us more frugal too! Less wasted but frustrating if we forgot something.
I wanted a 3 quart slow cooker and couldn't find it online. I bought exactly what I wanted for a good price at my local hardware store.
Also I started checking (digital) books out from the library.
