TO BE FAIR. We actually kinda tried this once already here in the states. You see before we understood mental health care like we do now it was common to be sent to an involuntary sanitarium or asylum. Where there was a 90% chance you'd be put to work on a state sponsored farm, or tortured or both.

So to recap, a former heroin addict who is now in charge of public health for an anti-immigrant administration wants to send users of drugs (legal or illegal) to "wellness farms" where they will grow organic produce.

I get the feeling they won't get paid for this and that the stay will be "free."
