The Metro franchise, Alan Wake, Control, Mass Effect, Outlast, Life is Strange, Thank Goodness You're Here!, Manifold Garden, Flower, Journey, Ori & the Blind Forest, Kingdom Hearts, Ghost of Tsushima, GTAV, Fallout, The Last of Us, and so many more!
That’s quite the list! If I had to choose just two, I’d say Control for its surreal world and mind-bending story, and Ghost of Tsushima for the epic samurai vibes and beautiful open world. Both offer something completely different but equally immersive. What about you, any favorites from the list?
That's very fair! For me, Control & Alan Wake are all-timers for their mixture of action & cosmic horror, with a wonderful injection of dark & dry humor. The Mass Effect Trilogy though, I play through at least once a year because it's just such a brilliantly written epic!
Okay first off
I'm mainly playing Lobotomy Corporation and a Fire Emblem fan game called The Morrow's Golden Country on the side, which is neat. Oh also I'm throwing my head at a wall trying to beat a dungeon in Destiny 2.
Second off:
God I need to do a spreadsheet of my games backlog again.
In terms of multiplayer games, I'm rocking with TF2, Fortnite, DBD, Deadlock, L4D2 and a little bit of OW Classic, but don't intend to continue once that mode is gone.
Currently my singleplayer focus is making my way through the Yakuza series. I'm in the middle of Yakuza 5 at the moment.
Elder Scrolls Online (getting that MMO fix there until Ashes of Creation gets to Early Access or 1.0), Satisfactory and Minecraft. So, I'm playing things I've had since way way back.
I am trying to complete (most of) my backlog by the end of 2025, but due to how many awesome games are coming out that year, It'll probably take me until 2027! 😭
Currently playing Mass Effect Legendary Edition, starting back at ME1. Whenever I finish that up I guess I should probably take a look at my backlog...
Hylics 2 is the last game I touched about two months ago before I got busy, I would advise you play it for 10-15 minutes even to just appreciate the artstyle. Unless you haven't played Earthbound yet, in which case, its free and you're missing out.
Depends on my mood. Disney Dreamlight Valley, Call of Duty, DC Universe Online, Star Trek Online, GTA5, Splitgate, Star Wars Battlefront2, World of Warplanes, and whatever is free on Epic Games this week hahahaha 😆
I just finished Overlord yesterday, I'm on Yakuza: Like A Dragon and nearing the end of Radiant Historia. I also started another playthrough of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk with mods, but that's off stream though.
I've mostly been playing The Finals still. It's the first game in years that I've played this much, this consistently! It's my most played game on Steam at 315 hours which is insane for me since now I usually drop something at around 40-60 hours.
I’ve been starting on all of the Soulslikes but I have a backlog of wanting to play all the NFS series, a slew of VR Games like Budget Cuts and Pistol Whip, and then probably the Witcher and Borderlands Series. These also take a backseat to games my friends want to play at random.
Sorta bouncing back and forth between Vampire Survivors, https://TETR.io, EDF6, various fangames like the 'Make a Good Megaman Level' series, and stuff from https://itch.io bundles I forgot I had.
Flip flopping between Slay the Princess (which will probably be my GOTY) and restarting Injustice 2, a thing people are surprisingly still playing in 2024
Nice! Overwatch is a blast once you get the hang of it. Are you leaning more towards a support role, or are you diving into damage or tank? The team dynamics can be tricky at first, but once you find your groove, it’s so rewarding. How are you finding it so far?
Just dove back into COD because the guys reached out and wanted to hang. Prior to that FF 16 on PC... Very pretty game with the new 3080 FTW I just picked up.
Like a Dragon Ishin! Kinda playing through the games I've been gifted that I haven't gotten around to playing yet. Hay just cause my backlog is infinite doesn't mean I can't be excited for a new game...
I'm currently spending my time playing a classic again. Star Wars Empire At War. Before that, I played Black Myth Wukong. Other than that, I'm pretty much waiting on Subnautica 2 to release.
Do you remember how you beat the final phase of the Hundred-Eyed Daoist?
I was loving the game & then he abruptly stopped my playthrough. His moveset is easy enough to handle, it's just when he steals your stamina bar that I struggle.
I gotta be honest. I took a somewhat boring way and farmed my way up as well as go full on Spell Binder to be able to focus solely on my stamina skills as I was not relying on other spells (meaning all those skill points went into stamina- and stances of course).
Oh, I just realized what you meant. Yeah, you need the item you get in the secret area of chapter 4 and use it once that stage hits 👍🏼 still recommend what I said in the comment above, though ☝🏼
What I’m currently switching between:
Action taimanin, slitterhead, atomic heart, Neir automata, DMC3, katana zero, AC odyssey, sunset overdrive, jak 3, deaths door, cult of the lamb, postal 2, BG3, succubus, and Kirby the amazing mirror
So many unplayed games, so little time... Right now we're checking out Ashes of Creation as we take a short break from Dragon Age Veilguard.. which is a short break from Once Human.
Frantically trying to clear 3 Stalker games that I've never played, somehow, before Stalker 2 comes out.
That, and hardspace shipbreaker. Where I thought introducing 10 different catastrophic hazards would be more lethal than accidentally ripping a high-speed storage locker into my face in 0 grav
Lets see replaying zero dawn, calisto, Ark ascended, cod zombies and thats only on my ps5 on pc im playing the bottom left game is sunkenland and the right one raft
Cult of the Lamb! You’re a lamb who is an adorable cult leader and you have followers who you make build you stuff and worship you. There’s some demon combat too. Tons of fun, and there’s co-op now!
Currently playing Palia. But I have to finish:
Breathe of the wild
Stardew Valley (abandoned)
Coffee Talk
Ace Attorney Trilogy
What Comes After
Cult of the Lamb
I feel seen. I’ve just added Disco Elysium and Mind Over Magnet, bought some Fallouts a month or so ago, none of which have yet been started.
Every time I find myself with “game time”, without fail I boot up No Man’s Sky.
Just finished Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Fantastic game!
The Yakuza reboot was the first I’ve ever played in the series, and this is the sequel to that. I highly recommend checking out the reboots if you like turn based RPGs.
Oh man I'm playing so many rn: -currently playing dead by daylight
-played dead by daylight yesterday
-will play dead by daylight tomorrow
-maybe next week I'll feel adventurous and play some Dead by Daylight!

Ps. I'm currently player Metaphor: Refantazio.
I'm always playing that.
Humble is responsible for most of that.
I'm just killing time till Dune: Awakening and Light no fire come out.
I'm also playing World 9fbWarcraft but thats just old reliable when nothing else seems to intrest me.

Also, BG3, Veilguard, Pathfinder way of the righteous, RE3 remake and a few more.
Is the new update to Ultra Rumble out yet?

I just wanted to commiserate lol.
Black Ops 6. I can't help myself. I love CoD too much
I got it on sale though, and the current $130 cad price tag is definitely suboptimal, however worth it.
Breathe of the wild
Stardew Valley (abandoned)
Coffee Talk
Ace Attorney Trilogy
What Comes After
Cult of the Lamb
I’m playing all of them and none of them ok 😭😭😭
Prince of Persia
NBA2k25
Space Marine 2
I seem to enjoy games with character customisation 😅
Every time I find myself with “game time”, without fail I boot up No Man’s Sky.
