I need a distraction for the next... however long this hell lasts. Time for some Rimworld. At least there the war crimes are fictional.

I think it would be in the best interest of the world if Canada did a repeat of when they visited the White House in 1814.

The response was entirely positive, so let the Nazi Punch of the Day begin. It seems appropriate to start with a classic. This is from Captain America Comics #1. The cover date was March 1941, but from what I've read, it was on the shelves several months earlier. #NPD #NaziPunching

Day 9 of posting movie quotes. Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Are there any good books or materials on how to go about finding and killing na- I mean, ZOMBIES? I am in a na- I mean, ZOMBIE slaughtering mood.

Can someone just drop a nuke on the cheeto and elongated muskrat (and the gaudy McMansion in Florida?) Asking for a friend.

Day 8 of posting scenes from movies that have nothing to do with current events. The Avengers

Day seven of posting movie images that have nothing to do with current events. Iron Man 3 (2013)

When you go to your protests, your rallies, your marches When you go to fight against this corrupt 'government' Let's take a page out of Alan Moore's V For Vendetta But instead of Guy Fawkes, I suggest a more modern hero. Someone who wasn't afraid to do what needed to be done. Luigi. Mangione.

Day 6 of posting random movie scenes that have nothing to do with current events.

Guards! Guards! by Terry Pratchett An unintentionally fitting book for these trying times, especially with the newly crowned "king" and how the populous is affected. Vetinari's quote about the evils of the world unfortunately fits this reality as well. (1of2)

I know i haven't posted anything book related lately (a new book will be reviewed soon, I promise), so here's something from one of the most well-known cartoonists and children's writers.

Y'know... if we got a GoFundMe going...

Day Five of posting random pics and gifs of movies that have nothing to do with current events.

I need to find out how much my life insurance is. The way things are going for me right now, that might be the best way to ensure my family can afford bills, food, and rent.

Day four of posting images of movies that have nothing to do with current events. Nothing at all.

Day three of posting pictures from movies that have no bearing on current events.

Day 2 of posting pictures from movies that have nothing to do with current events. Nothing at all. Just random movie scenes. Totally random.

A coworker I have never spoken with or even met before just came up to me and pretty much said "I was having a bad day, but [redacted] told me about what has been going on with you and your family and it put my life into perspective and made me feel better about my life." FML

For no reason at all, just putting this picture here of the Rebels blowing up the Death Star.
