On the evidence of this game, it's pretty easy to see why Obi saw a clearer path to the United first team than Arsenal's (not that that was the only reason for the move).

MLS and Nwaneri are CL quality at 18 and 17 years old respectively, that's the level now for academy graduates breaking into the first team squad. Good luck to him, wouldn't be surprised to see him making another career move away from that basket case of a club.
