It makes me crazy when they talk about dems needing to move toward the center because it means "cut the vulnerable groups loose." Not to mention stuff like: I don't care if the "center" wants a more incremental approach to climate change. My god, we need to do what we think is right.

I am so completely in agreement with you. Every possible explanation has been proposed for what went wrong and what will win and so many of these explanations are mutually exclusive. There is so much clarity now about who’s doing right and who’s doing wrong. Serious, harmful, malevolent wrong.
