It's a scary, depressing thing, but at least it reinforces the feeling that as trans women we seem to have found a connection to a deep Truth that is fundamentally destructive to the forces of evil in this world.
Because it sure as hell feels that way even without mind-melting transphobia existing.

We are a contagion. We contaminate the public conscious by publicly demonstrating that personal liberation is possible.
And that utterly terrifies them. 3/3
There was a piece that has been lost to time (sites going offline long ago and all that) which was published at a time when I really needed it that made the point that we are marked by our integrity, refusing to hide this part even though the price may be high.
