I’d ask if they plan to raise taxes in their own states to cover the loss of heavy subsidies from CA taxpayers because of a hampered LA/CA economy.

LA county is about 4% of ALL Federal Taxes, and gets billions less back than it pays in.

If they're calling members, they'll be talking to the staff, who will just take down whatever they say. If they say, "I'm a constituent against this, because it's going to end up affecting homeowner's insurance negatively across the industry. We should treat all states the same," that's the message.
