This is me right now and I hate it, really trying to break the cycle!

This but with the added influence of people being silent n making me question everything I've ever said n done to deserve the silence

You forgot the "no" branch for each and every choice that leads to "self loading for being willfully ignorant of your mistakes, turn back" step

My brain when other people exist at the same time and/or space as me
