Brown 2 lbs ground beef. Drain if you're picky. I don't. Add 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 2 tbsp chili powder, and 1/2 tbsp habenero chili powder. Add garlic as you like, as well as salt, pepper, a bit of cumin and a tbsp of cocoa. Mix with a splash of milk if you drained the fat.

Next add a medium can of tomato paste, two cans of mixed beans, and diced tomatoes, plus a cup or so of frozen corn and chopped peppers and onions.

Fresh is better but I'm lazy today so frozen things will do.

Simmer for a couple of hours, serve with cheese buns and salad or whatever floats your boat.

Make your favourite chili, go heavy on sweet peppers, and toss in a bunch of chopped pineapple and jalapeno.

I like using fruit in chili. 🤷‍♂️

More spice? Upgrade peppers - or use habanero chili powder...
