People will die because of this decision. Illegally detained legal immigrants & Americans will die in the El Salvador gang camps. ICE agents will die in what were merely detention arrests, but now mean life or death. I certainly would never go with ICE w/o using deadly force.

While Barrett has been farther towards center than I thought, I would have at least thought one more Justice would have at least leaned with the Dems on this.

Barrett got more than she bargained for. I think she really just wanted to overturn Roe and didn't believe any other oppression would come along with it. This is what the rest want though. SCOTUS is a microcosm of this wave of conservative nationalist power grabbing.
