I think they just forgot to come back to my call after they finished talking to my insurance.

The status of the prescription got updated on the website, though, so it looks like the actual problem has been addressed (knock on wood).

My pharmacy RAN OUT OF HOLD MUSIC, the line just went totally silent after a few minutes.

This is almost worse than music--I can't stop looking at my phone to make sure I didn't accidentally hang up the call.
