Women's right to vote was not enshrined in the original Constitution.
Therefore, SCOTUS originalists will rule this law Constitutional if it ever gets passed and makes its' way through the court system. 🙄
Potential, both win and loss. If the Republicans get their wish it will launch a national crusade the likes of which we have never seen, and will piss off women for at least a decade. But don't rely on the corrupt supreme court to strike it down. Remember, the court is in on this too.
