Seconding this recommendation. Masking for any length of time causes a lot of head tension and pretty consistently gives me a migraine.

I would benefit from mask options that don’t rely on ear straps, and any recommendations for masks that don’t muffle a soft voice as much.

Ooof that sucks. They give me bad balance issues and I’m already at heightened risk of falls due to proprioception issues, but thanks to everyone else not wearing them if I don’t wear one I’ll probably die, sooooo. Anyway, my sympathies.

Same here Jane! Terrible proprioception issues and look like a human pinball when I’m trying to walk around … but have no option since no one else takes any precautions. Have at least found headstrap masks more comfortable which is a good start.

Ugh I’m so sorry, it truly sucks. And isn’t it cool how the constant sense that you are in a bouncy castle atop a skyscraper during an earthquake adds a layer of constant baseline fight or flight to augment any existing PTSD triggers and/or adrenal fatigue and/or medical exhaustion?

All because everyone else WITHOUT a hellscape patchwork of risks related to disability and chronic illness couldn’t just give a half of a shit about vulnerable humans for the same 6 weeks 5 years ago.
