Please remember most disabled people can’t leave. It’s incredibly difficult to immigrate to another country when you have documented medical issues. Many are also too sick to endure a move.

If you need more protections move to a deep blue state with strong government, leaders and support systems. Like California, Washington, Massachusetts, etc.
I’m in TX, where my docs are & I have a ton of medical debt. We have family in MA who want us there, but we have to dig out of debt & save up - & we’re the lucky ones because my husband is WFH so no having to find a new job in a tight market.

I think Adderall may be banned in some EU countries and/or the UK? I'm trying to figure it out.

Let's use actual data to drive our decisions. The US is not in the top 10. And, many countries have doctors who were trained in the US and went back to their countries of origin.
That said we have fantastic research programs and no medical debt!
This one ranks the US even lower (69!) and the top 10 of both lists have a lot of overlap
The US is #18. This list is dominated by Scandinavian countries at the top.
