It's important to remember that many disabilities are dynamic. What we can do one day, we may not be able to do the next. Our baseline can shift minute to minute or hour to hour.
Be kind. Don't make assumptions. You will often see us at our best, and almost never at our worst.

Like claiming wealth hoarding is "success".
It's how the "elite" tilt the power dynamic in "their" abusive favor, and away from "our" inclusive one.

So glad Trump is office, sure my 8 years of trying to get help will be fruitless.
Thinking I should always be capable of something just because I'm able to do it sometimes.
And if we appear to be functioning on high, we may still be sick but not showing you. 😷
If I am out in public it is because at the moment in time I can be out in public
I assume if you park in a disabled space, you need it. I'm disabled too. If you don't need it and park there, you're a jerk.
That’s exactly how it works, especially because we usually cannot be out in public at our worst.
We’re also really good at pretending we’re fine, because we don’t openly complain or limp around.
Good times aren’t sustainable.
