While it galls me to defend a swasticar, the cars that are passing are in the plowed main road lanes. The wankpanzer is in the curb parking lane and, from the snow around it, I'd say it got ploughed in there. I've seen big monster pickups struggle in a situation like that.

the problem is there isn't enough weight. you need snow tires, front wheel drive and a heavy engine to get any traction in snow like this. the other conventional cars could easily pull out of this situation.
