Ah man, that sucks. I'm sorry. I had mine custom printed, but when I bought the model I was looking in cosplay stores to make sure its size accurate. :<
Honestly, probably never. Managed all these years with mirrors, but my hands and wrists are an arthritic mess and only going to get worse so it would be good for awkward angles.
Oh I meant the facehugger! I use my own hands a lot but there's times when you're at the table and you just need the right angle that you can't get without a photo.
I only regret I these weren't available years ago, the range of movement is fantastic. Of course chances are I'll never use it but we'll ignore that.
But yes, we live accrue crap, get buried beneath it.
Yep I got the left and right ones for this thing. So, so good. There's a separate mount you can get too so you can put it on a standard camera tripod or similar system and I think I'll pick that up eventually.
I just love the engineering of it. The way you can actually compress the palm and such. It really is a fantastic design. A real step up from those godawful wood ones you see at every art store.
I draw lots of WWII stuff too and bought one of those 12” German figures comes with all the gear. Really just perfect for reference but I worry I’ll die and my kids will clean out my basement studio and wonder why dad has just one lone Nazi Barbie doll.
It got him on MY list, Matt! What's my list? Well, it's a list of people who deserve to know that it's possible to 3D print all the real guns you want right in your own home! It's awesome and fun!
