I think part of it is the "we have to instantly solve all problems perfectly all at once or it's a failure and I'm a failure" mindset that I think needs called out more.

FYI while the last sentence is a swipe at capitalism, my 1st was very much more a concern about mental health. As a sticker I saw at a convention last week said: Your anxiety is lying to you.
