I loved that exhibition! My husband was the only man there and while we were reading some other materials, two young women were doing the ‘how likely are you to be a witch’ bit—and reading it aloud. 🧵

The reader got to the 20 penises in a chest question, turned bright red while the other women in the space snickered, but her friend looked straight at my husband and said, “gotta stay under 20, so you’re safe”. It was *brilliant*.

It wasn’t overly crowded so we all interacted. It was really magical, honestly. We got to the ‘smell the different experiences bit’. I took one sniff of the fire-and-brimstone and whatever was on my face made an older woman say, “yeah. I think I’ll wait to see if hell’s for me.” It was just magic. ✨

Looks interesting (your book!). I went to the exhibition today. I enjoyed it, but thought some aspects could have been arranged differently… I might prefer to read a book like yours!

I hope so ☺️ yes I agree that the layout could have had some improvement, especially as there were 2 cases at the start I gave up seeing because the queue was about 10 minutes long - but the items themselves were fantastic. And quite a few there featured in my book so it complements well!!

Yes, definite bottlenecks. Also, some items too far back in glass cases, etc. The commentary could have been positioned not next to the exhibit labels, etc. But overall, interesting!
