I remember one random night in winter 2011 or 2012, listening to Steve Somers on a transistor radio and hoping in vain someone would call in to talk about the Mets — we deserve this one.

The FAN never talks about the Mets ever, and their talkies likely won't, either. The FAN is such a horrible radio station. I stopped listening for years now. I have settled for podcasts.
