What about independent promoters who use a variety of venues? We don’t own the buildings, but are responsible for a large proportion of grassroots music.
We are The Horton in Epsom, Surrey. Live music and creative arts venue with an important history as Europe’s first music therapy centre from 1950s. Former asylum chapel renovated and opened in 2022. What’s on link in our bio.

Fair point thank you. We actually take over the highest pub in Scotland the Wanlockhead Inn and it becomes a venue for 3 days. But see where you are coming from 😀
It's good to see Exchange has claimed their handle before anyone nabs it, but none of the other Bristol venues or the Headfirst ticketing site seem to be here yet.
Both added, going to keep this initial list tight to places that regularly programme new and original artists as that seems the best use of the 150 available slots?
Is there a way to sort them by the styles of music they present & contact information for the bookers of each venue? Would be most helpful for those acts trying to book singular dates or arrange tours.
Might try something like this next, but the first thing is to get every venue on here regularly booking new and emerging artists on to this list. Then we can try making genre lists.
