Not convinced by the idea of bilateral agreements. It's a European challenge and the only tool to establish a strong policy and secure the Funds is the EU. We must go beyond this daily mess in many countries and solve the conflict through unity. Requires new funding sources beyond national budgets.

Freezing the conflict means secure supply of Sevastopol for Moscow.
THIS is inacceptable for Washington.

On the other side, with losing Syria, Sevastopol losing importance.

Freezing the conflict is no option for NATO.

Moscow hasn't failed to install the pro-RUS government.
It was just Maidan that deinstalled it. And as a result, a pro-NATO government was installed.
Before Feb 22 the NATO was sure that RUS can't withstand a war against NATO supportet UKR until May.
