i am still a bit pissed that i've been hitting the gym and eating a balanced, high protein diet for about 6 weeks now and there's no difference on the scale but there's minimal, yet visible changes in my body. loving the period bloating as well 🥴

hormones are still whack but i am sooooo so close to having a full picture and a better diagnosis, cuz it's not just the regular ol' PCOS. and overall, i'm feeling much better physically. mentally tho, every day i don't hit the gym or go for a walk, the demonss are on my ass, but i'm glad smth works
