Okay, so here's my bit of a rant about resumes. To be clear: Adobe has autoresponders, but the key filter here is the talent recruiter. I made a commitment to reading every resume to a) save her some headache and b) ensure I got to interview the people who had the experience I was looking for.

My new hire starts next Monday! I'm so excited. Also, between my last hire and my new hire, I've read well over 2k resumes. I was committed to using no AI in my hiring process and screened the resumes manually, mostly because I'd heard so much about bias.
I now have Opinions about resumes.

1) FOR THE LOVE OF PETE, avoid applying via LinkedIn if your profile is just a list of job titles and dates. I got about 10 (out of 2k) resumes that were like this. I probably got another ~40 that were just really poorly formatted - bullet points into block text.
3) Tell me the impact of what you did. I got a lot of resumes that talked a lot about customer interviews and A/B testing, as well as grooming backlogs.
