What's your favorite taboo bite of food that you get when you're cooking alone in the kitchen, I e. raw cookie dough?

A favorite of mine: sipping on a small cup of pot roast gravy I skimmed off the top of the pot, with all the fat and bits and drippings that I will remove before serving later
