I had similar issues with Nationwide recently. They are a bit of a shambles, especially for online, and I eventually moved my current away, reluctantly, but haven’t regretted it a bit.

I now have to go to a branch to sort out. I'm a millennial - we don't do things in person!! 😱

Oh god! The branch!!!!
Even I (gen x) shudder at the thought of going into a branch. Almost as bad (not quite) as speaking to someone on the phone! :)
