Spent the night in A&E - 5hrs 45min for X-ray & sutures in teens hand. The #NHS is broken, understaffed but also inefficient processes. Not sure I have faith things will improve. Staff are doing their best no doubt, but not sure extent they aware where things should/could change. #health
