Just a reminder for anyone remodelling their kitchen that induction hobs come in this form and how awesome would a countertop with a space for them that can also be used as a countertop be?

Expensive, tho…
Luckily individual induction plates are available in a range of sizes and features…
I am currently dreaming about a for co-op developed point access block mid rise apartment built for families, developed by a co-op housing developer financed by credit unions.
Anyone want to join in, feel free to reach out.
Looking for a new form of small community development…
Freeing counterspace with the modular burners is such a great option, and can be “materials light” too…
And yeah, I also imagine it can be part of a smaller kitchen - extra counter space option.
I feel drunk and I don’t even drink.

Far cheaper than buying or replacing a 4 ring permanent hob, and can be used anywhere there's a power source as needed.
Also; a shout out to combination microwaves instead of separate oven and microwave.
(We love ours, currently mid-transition to all compatible pots/pans)
I would be hesitant though only because I feel you actually lose counter space compared to a completely flat induction top?
