Block lists can be convenient, but I’d advise caution about subscribing to them rather than using them to block manually.
I haven’t come across one yet that didn’t include false positives, and, when you subscribe, you end up blocking accounts added later without your knowledge.

I usually wait until someone I trust says the list is OK before using it. Like rahaeli. Otherwise, I just block manually.
