No one has to use the term Executive Theory in court. It's just a word, and it's not a legal term. It's a term for a theory whose substance is precisely the same as authoritarianism or autocracy. There's no requirement to use the term Executive Theory anywhere.
Right? I just know that in briefs argued in appellate courts, more clinical terms are going to be used. But that legal arguments are frequently not linguistically accessible by the public
