Please stop pointing your downspouts to drain onto the sidewalk. As everything melts right now, it creates wildly slick ice when it can't drain off the sidewalk.

Eesh. Calgary winter sidewalks are no joke. Just came across an older woman lying on the ground motionless.
She had slipped & hit the back of her head, hard. Her hair was blood-soaked.
I helped her up, slowly, and walked her home.
