I'm imagining pilots trying to get a real person at ATC instead of chatGPT, the same way we try to get a human being on the phone when calling a company & talking to the VRU.

I know there's specialized usages of AI that can be used to sift through data & look for anomalies. So specialized AI could help maybe predict when potential issues could exist before a (short staffed human), but that's just a tool for humans to use, not a replacement.
