I'm Canadian and the US FOR-profit "healthcare system" is insane. The idiots who whine that taxes would become astronomically high with universal healthcare are lying.
Our taxes are marginally higher than the US, BUT you end up paying FAR more for this insurance scam stuff than we do in taxes!

I am glad that Biden did the $35 insulin, the start of negotiated prescriptions and annual cap on Medicare Medication. Our Governor added $35 epi pens & asthma inhalers. I can't wait to see a state step up and adopt the Canadian model with a review board and established prices.
