Finally managed to get to a local-ish #coffee roaster ...

Bought a fresh bag, one week old, of Honduras Anaerobic. I knew the smell and taste would be ... different ... It most certainly is, but I like it.

Good thing these roasters aren't any closer or I'd be broke again.
