Finally managed to get to a local-ish #coffee roaster ... Bought a fresh bag, one week old, of Honduras Anaerobic. I knew the smell and taste would be ... different ... It most certainly is, but I like it. Good thing these roasters aren't any closer or I'd be broke again.

I saw that Round2 models is re-boxing the 1/350 Enterprise Refit ... but is now in GREY plastic???? I don't know if this is a typo, but I'd prefer white for Raytheon lighting (shining light through the plastic to make the "impossible" spotlight effects of the studio model.) #scalemodel #StarTrek
