Rather than motivating EU rejoin, I suspect that this is actually a drive to excuse the failure of Brexit because the past leaders (and now also Labour) “got it wrong” and it isn’t that Brexit itself is bad. So the call will be “vote badenough because she will get it right”

The perpetrators already know what they did and with whose assistance. I’m sure our intelligence services do as well. An enquiry would reveal this to us the public and might lead eventually to some kind of justice, but for now let’s focus as we should on helping the victims.
