More like you can look up and realize as a Black woman that you have been fighting the right & the center. Only to be betrayed by the same people who preach about class consciousness as soon as you mention misogyny/misogynoir and the very real physical consequences for you and your health.

This really highlights why intersectionality is important. You can be a black woman subject to the same systems of oppression as everyone else, yet not have class consciousness, or the goal of liberation for all. These are the representatives that neoliberalism chooses as symbols of "progress."
