Went there for a conference last year. Someone said they accidentally ordered a bottle of wine because they thought it was price for a glass

I believe it. When we got to visit most places didn’t even offer by the glass. A nice bottle would be 12 euro. Amazing! One restaurant had a house red you could get by the litre or half litre. A litre was €8

Great city. We were there in April. To get your fix of peri peri chicken, Bonjardim was a good place to eat. Very unassuming. Would recommend the gambas there too.

All in the Barrio area roughly - Tapa Bucho was particularly sensational. Also went to some amazing breakfast spots!
