What would other teams be up to this season with a similar situation?

What I'm calling Arsenal's Big Three -- Saka, Odegaard, Saliba -- have all been in the Premier League starting XI in 10 of 22 matches this season. Include Rice and it's just eight.

There has been one starting XI since August to contain White, Rice, Saka, Saliba and Odegaard (Chelsea, away).

That's why I keep saying Arteta is working absolute miracles to still have Arsenal anywhere near a title challenge with the sheer number of injuries and nonsense red cards.

Cannot fathom how anyone can criticise his management of this team this season.

All 3 of those have been overplayed in the previous seasons. It was always likely to happen at some point. This is also the first time saka and Odegard have been injured since being here.
