They probably fired everything related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and thought "Load Balancing" meant hiring unqualified people and ended those contracts.
It's been proven already that he isn't. If he pays kids to play games for him to be on top of leaderboards. This is beyond narcissism. Somebody should write a PhD on him, there's so much to analyse.
