something my therapist did to help me with this was remind me they’re meant to be stuck & that not using them is depriving them of their purpose & that there is always gonna be more stickers for you but no one else for your sticker

Reusable sticker books are life changing. Even more life changing is a friend that works at a sticker shop introduced me to the concept of TURNING THEM INTO MAGNETS. Buy a magnet sheet, stick them on, cut them out. ✨
