I think some people feel left behind by Pokemon changing and not being the target audience anymore, are hurt by that, and instead of processing and accepting it they're as destructive as possible and any chance to "get one over" on the developers is seen as justified.

IMO, the basic skeleton of the series is still the exact same from what I played on the Game Boy.
That's how I got into Megaten. Especially with being so status effect and hitting weak points in a way pokemon only does a little.
I see it as a challenge to find the old in new things with the context of everything that led up to this.
Not everyone’s tastes are as malleable and that’s A-OK. It’d be boring otherwise.
Again.. Gen 2 balls where LITERALLY broken and couldn't do their ONE job.
Pokémon games have bugs, but for old Pokémon games you gotta work to find them bugs. You gotta ask your buddies how to get Missingno or find the Bike Void
with SV that game will just crash. You don’t need to enter a contest to find these bugs.
We know that they have been buggy, we've Also asked for more, but are always given less, But none of that will change, because people will buy it anyway with their fingers crossed and their heads up their asses.
Y'all are getting played HARD.
Since then I've found so many monater catchers with stories and plots I love.
And that's everything to do with the weirdos then the games.
Loved Blue. Put thousands of hours into it. Then moved on. Didn't feel a need to be weird and hateful about not liking the sequels 🤔
