On the ledge above the Princess's Secret Slide in Super Mario 64, if the camera mode is switched while Mario is sleeping, he will float through the ground in a reality-defying manner. This works only on the original N64 and does not work in any rereleases of the game.

What's happening in this video is coordinate overflow. This specific camera angle causes some vertices to be outside of the range of coordinates the N64 can handle. HLE emus don't replicate it

Imagine all the circumstances that had to overlap to allow this to happen (given the expalanation of the coordinate overflow so thoughtfully provided in this thread).
Can this happen in any other place in the game, I wonder...?
