Denmark will send peacekeeping forces to Ukraine if there’s a peace deal, a US security guarantee, and Russian approval.

Russians are precisely aware what would stop them and put a red line on that. Europeans trying to go below it are kneecapping themselves and Ukraine, not to mention how embarrassing it is to be discussing the same exact non-solutions for 3 years. Either go all in on the pressure or fold.

We should collectively send troops, and stop calling them 'peacekeepers'.
There are countless tasks we could help with, such as guarding the northern borders, patrolling cities, provide medical aid, etc.
That would free up a lot of manpower to UA.

This peacekeeper discussion reminds me of those meetings that go completely off the rails due to some unfocused people, while the others keep quiet as they don't want to be the party pooper that calls for results. Hopefully ramping-up the support for Ukraine still happens parallel in the background.

It's simply tautological. To send peacekeepers you need the enemy's approval, by definition. Otherwise you're just sending troops

I think that everyone is scared, politicians are making huge claims, but almost nobody wants to fully commit to cause. Just ask yourself what you are willing to do. EU came with big fininancial stimulus and money talks. Hope this will convince first ones to commitment.
